The amendments are made to the Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation "On approval of the form of notification about financial institution' agreement" 2009-03-04 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are made to the Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation "On approval of the form of notification about financial institution' agreement"   The Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation N 65 of February 4, 2009 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation N 184 of June 25, 2007 (document is in Russian). The amendments are stipulated by putting into effect of the Federal Act N 195-FZ "On amendments to the Federal Act "On competition protection" of November 8, 2008 (document is in Russian) and give the notification about financial institution' agreement in the new wording. The amendments are made to the procedure for formation by credit institutions of reserves for possible losses under loans, under loan indebtedness and those equalled thereto 2009-03-04 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are made to the procedure for formation by credit institutions of reserves for possible losses under loans, under loan indebtedness and those equalled thereto   The Directions of the Bank of Russia N 2175-U of February 2, 2009 (document is in Russian) adds clause 5.1 of the Statute of the Bank of Russia N 254-P " On the procedure for formation by credit institutions of reserves for possible losses under loans, under loan indebtedness and those equalled thereto" of March 26, 2004 (document is in Russian). There is established the procedure for grouping of loans size of which is not more than 1000000 rubles granted to subjects of small and middle entrepreneurship in portfolios depending on length of outstanding payments. Besides there are determined the minimum size of reserves on these portfolios.
