The budget of the RF Pension Fund has been adopted for 2009 and the planning period 2010 and 2011 2008-11-27 06:00
The Federal Act N 214-FZ "On the budget of the RF Pension Fund for 2009 (document is in Russian) and the planning period 2010 and 2011" of November 25, 2008 has been adopted as on November 25, 2008, which approves in particular the forecast general value of incomes and general value of expenditures of the budget of the Fund in the part not referred with formation of funds for financing of accumulative part of labor pension, as well as the limit size of surplus and the limit size of deficit of the RF pension Fund for 2009 and the planning period 2010 and 2011".
The amendments are made to the Civil Procedural Code of the Russian Federation 2008-11-27 06:00
The Federal Act N 223-FZ of November 25, 2008 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Civil Procedural Code of the Russian Federation (document is in Russian), which are directed for elimination of certain internal contradictions in provisions of chapter 7 of the Civil Procedural Code of the Russian Federation . So the Act adds the Code with provisions regulating interbudget relations and specifies the procedure for reimbursement of judicial expenses, payment of compensation to witnesses for drawing away of them from usual occupation and work, payment of translator's cervices and etc.
