There is changed the interest rate on credits secured with assets 2008-11-18 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is changed the interest rate on credits secured with assets The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2127-U of November 11, 2008 (document is in Russian) has made the amendments to the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 1979-U of February 14, 2008 (document is in Russian), which have increased the interest rate on credits secured with assets granting in accordance with the Statute of the Bank of Russia N 312-P "On the procedure for granting of credits secured with assets to credit institutions by the Bank of Russia" of November 12, 2007 (document is in Russian). Now its size is 10 percent per annum. The Direction shall put into effect since November 12, 2008. There are established the interest rates on lombard credits of the Bank of Russia 2008-11-18 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are established the interest rates on lombard credits of the Bank of Russia The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2122-U of November 11, 2008 (document is in Russian) has increased the interest rates on lombard credits of the Bank of Russia granting in accordance with the Statute of the Bank of Russia N 236-P "On the Procedure for Granting Credits Secured by Mortgage (Block) by the Bank of Russia to Credit Institutions" of August 4, 2003 (document is in Russian). The interest rates on credits for 1, 7 and 30 calendar days periods are established in the uniform size - 9 percent per annum. The Direction has been published officially in the "News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia" N 66, 14.11.2008 and is putted into effect from the day of its signing. There been increased the interest rate on overnight credit of the Bank of Russia 2008-11-18 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There been increased the interest rate on overnight credit of the Bank of Russia Within the frameworks of measures directing to decrease the level of capital outflow from Russia and curbing of inflationary tendencies, the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2124-U of November 11, 2008 (document is in Russian) has established the interest rate on overnight credit of the Bank of Russia in the size of 12 percent per annum from November 12, 2008. The Direction has been published officially in the "News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia" N 66, 14.11.2008 and is putted into effect from the day of its signing. There are changed the terms for granting credits secured by pledge of bills, rights of claim or guarantees of credit institutions by the Bank of Russia 2008-11-18 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are changed the terms for granting credits secured by pledge of bills, rights of claim or guarantees of credit institutions by the Bank of Russia The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2125-U of November 11, 2008 (document is in Russian) has made the amendments to the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 1601-U of August 5, 2005 (document is in Russian), which establishes the terms for granting credits in accordance with the Statute of the Bank of Russia N 273-P "On the procedure for granting credits secured by pledge of bills, rights of claim under credit contracts of organizations or guarantees of credit institutions to credit institutions" of July 14, 2005 (document is in Russian). In accordance with the amendments, the interest rate have been increased and consist: - 8,5 percent per annum - for period up to 90 calendar days, - 9,25 percent per annum - for period from 91 up to 180 calendar days. The Direction shall putt into effect from November 12, 2008. There have been increased the interest rates on deposit operations of the Bank of Russia 2008-11-18 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There have been increased the interest rates on deposit operations of the Bank of Russia The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2126-U of November 11, 2008 (document is in Russian) has established the fixed interest rates on deposit operations of the Bank of Russia made in accordance with the Statute of the Bank of Russia N 203-P "On the Procedure of Performance by the RF Central Bank of Deposit Operations with Credit Institutions in Currency of the Russian Federation" of November 5, 2002 (document is in Russian) on "tom next", "spot next" "at call" terms in the size of 5,75 percent per annum and on "one week" , "spot week" terms - 6,25 percent per annum from November 12, 2008.   The Direction has been published officially in the "News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia" N 66, 14.11.2008 and is putted into effect from the day of its signing.
