There is added the list of the federal enforcement authorities, authorised to make the decision on undesirability of stay (residing) of the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship in the Russian Federation

the RF Government Decree from November, 12th, 2008 N 849
(document is in Russian) there are maked changes in the list
of the federal enforcement authorities, authorised to make the
decision on undesirability of stay (residing) of the foreign
citizen or the person without citizenship in the Russian Federation,
confirmed by the RF Government Decree from April, 7th, 2003
N 199.
According to the addition the Federal Agency of
the Russian Federation of the control over a drug trafficking
is one more federal enforcement authority, authorised to make
the decision on undesirability of stay (residing) of the foreign
citizen or the person without citizenship in the Russian Federation.
There are confirmed the Rules of granting of the state guarantees of the Russian Federation in a foreign currency for rendering of the state support of export of an industrial output (the goods, works, services)

the RF Goverment Decree from November, 1st, 2008 N 803 (document
is in Russian) there are confirmed the Rules defining an order
of granting of the state guarantees of the Russian Federation
in a foreign currency for rendering of the state support of
export of an industrial output.
The state guarantees
are given at export of goods according to confirmed by the Government
of the Russian Federation to the industrial output list at which
realisation of export there is a state guarantee support, at
export of works and the services which are a part of contract
obligations of the Russian exporters provided that end users
of the specified works and services are foreign importers and
the foreign states, and also at crediting of the Russian exporters.
It is established that the Ministry of Finance of the Russian
Federation has the right to give in 2008 the state guarantees
of the Russian Federation in a foreign currency for support
of export of an industrial output in the size which is not exceeding
the sums, equivalent 50 million US dollars, on each state guarantee
of the Russian Federation.
There is established the list of precious metals and the metals having a covering from precious metals which premise under a customs mode of processing out of customs territory of the Russian Federation is not supposed

the RF Government Decree from November, 10th, 2008 N 841
(document is in Russian) there is established the list of precious
metals and the metals having a covering from precious metals
which premise under a customs mode of processing out of customs
territory of the Russian Federation is not supposed. In particular,
such metals are included in the list, as silver (code 7106),
gold (code 7108) and platinum (code 7110). The decision comes
into force after 90 days after official publication.
