NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION

There are approved the new forms of budget reports submitted to the Government of the Russian Federation

The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 49n of May 4, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the forms of quarterly and annual budget reports about execution of the federal budget, the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation and budgets of state off-budget funds, being subject for submission to the Government of the Russian Federation.
 
The new forms shall replace the forms approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 87n of June 8, 2006 (document is in Russian).

We remind, that pursuant to article 264_7 of the Budget Code of the Russian Federation (document is in Russian), the duty on submission of budget reports to the Government of the Russian Federation is responsibility of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

There is approved the Procedure for issue of permits on import (export) of goods and transport vehicles at their importation to a territory of special economic zone and their exportation outside a territory of special economic zone

There is approved the Procedure for issue of permits on import (export) of goods and transport vehicles at their importation to a territory of special economic zone and their exportation outside a territory of special economic zone

The Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 430 of April 16, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the Procedure determining the order for issue of permits by authorized customs body on import (export) of goods and transport vehicles at their transfer through the boarders of industrial-manufacture and technical-introduction special economic zones created in accordance with the Federal Act N 116-FZ "On special economic areas in the Russian Federation" of July 22, 2005. This Procedure shall not be applied at import and export of goods and transport vehicles to (from) territory(s) of special economic zones created at the territories of Kaliningrad and Magadan regions. There are approved the sample of preliminary notification about import (export) of goods to (from) territory(s) of special economic zone(s) submitted to authorized customs body by a resident of special economic zone or other person acting on his behalf, and the recommendations for its completion, as well as the sample of pass to entrance (exit) of transport vehicles to (from) territory(s) of special economic zone(s) .
 
The Order shall come into effect since June 27, 2008.
