There has been added the list of legal acts regulating
exit from the Russian Federation and entrance to the Russian
Federation - now the regulation is provided so with edicts of
the President of the Russian Federation adopted on grounds of
federal acts.
In every concrete case, it is possible to
determine by edicts of the RF President, which documents are
necessary to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship
for crossing the boarders of the country.
This Federal Act
comes into effect since the day of its official publication
(it is published in the Russian Newspaper, N 101, of May 14,
2008).
There is established the visa-free entrance for foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in accordance with carrying out of the final football match of the UEFA League of Champions
The Edict of the RF President of May 14, 2008 (document
is in Russian) establishes that from 17 till 25 May 2008 foreign
citizens and persons without citizenship arriving to Moscow
to the final football match of the UEFA League of Champions
carrying out on May 21, 2008 shall enter to the Russian Federation
and exit outside the Russian Federation without procurement
of visa, on the grounds of documents identifying person and
considering as such in the Russian Federation and the ticket
to this match.
