There is approved the form of application on granting of a water object in use

In purposes of implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 165 "On preparation and conclusion of water use contract" on March 12, 2008 (document is in Russian), the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia N 102 of April 23, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the form of application on granting of a water object in use .

The amendments are made to the Direction of the Bank of Russia "On rules for making up and submission of accounts by credit institutions to the RF Central Bank"

The amendments are made to the Direction of the Bank of Russia "On rules for making up and submission of accounts by credit institutions to the RF Central Bank"

  The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 1996-U of April 22, 2008 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 1375-U "On rules for making up and submission of accounts by credit institutions to the RF Central Bank" of January 16, 2004 (document is in Russian), according to which there is established the procedure for making up and submission of accounts by credit institutions to the RF Central Bank at reorganization.

This Direction shall come into effect upon expiration of 10 days since the day of its official publication in the "News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".

The amendments are made to the Statute of the Bank of Russia "On accreditation of arbitration managers at the Bank of Russia as competition managers in the case of bankruptcy of credit institutions"

The amendments are made to the Statute of the Bank of Russia "On accreditation of arbitration managers at the Bank of Russia as competition managers in the case of bankruptcy of credit institutions"

The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 1994-U of April 16, 2008 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Statute of the Bank of Russia N 265-P "On accreditation of arbitration managers at the Bank of Russia as competition managers in the case of bankruptcy of credit institutions" of December 14, 2004 (document is in Russian), according to which there is specified the procedure for submission of documents to the Bank of Russia annexing to application on accreditation as competition managers in the case of bankruptcy of credit institutions.

This Direction shall come into effect upon expiration of 10 days since the day of its official publication in the "News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".
