There has been changed the form of notification about confirmation of the taxpayer' right on the property-related tax deduction by tax body 2008-05-16 08:00
The Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N MM-3-3/176@ of April 22, 2008 (document is in Russian) has changed the form of notification about confirmation of the taxpayer' right on the property-related tax deduction by tax body approved by the Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N SAE-3-04/147@ "On the form of notification" of December 7, 2004 (document is in Russian). Text of this form is added by the word "room" after the word "flat" . These amendments are caused by that the Federal Act N 144-FZ "On amendments to part two of the RF Tax Code in the part of creation of favorable conditions for taxation of taxpayers making their activity in the sphere of informational technologies, as well as on other amendments directed to increasing of the tax system efficiency" of July 27, 2006 (document is in Russian) includes rooms among real estate objects, at acquisition of which a taxpayer has the right to apply the property-related tax deduction in the sum of expended funds, but not more than one million of rubles.
