There is approved the Instruction on the procedure for carrying out examination by the Federal Tax Service of technical conditions of gambling machines and observance of requirements to gambling houses by organizers of gambling
The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 100n of November
8, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the Instruction
on the procedure for carrying out examination by the Federal
Tax Service of technical conditions of gambling machines and
observance of requirements to gambling houses by organizers
of gambling. The Instruction establishes the procedure for setting
of examination, term for its carrying out, as well as includes
the sample of act for drawing up of examination results.
a) qualification requirements
to state experts pursuant to spheres of their activities;
b) procedure for submission of documents for certification (re-certification),
admission to examination of qualification, issue of certificate
of state expert, prolongation of validity period of certificate
and basements for its prolongation;
c) forms of examination
of qualification of candidate for receiving of the status of
state expert (oral examination, testing, interview);
d)
the cases when certification (re-certification) of state experts
may be carried out without examination of their qualification;
e) basements for refusal in admission to examination of
qualification of candidate for receiving of the status of state
expert;
f) basements and procedure for cancellation of certificate
of state expert.
