The amendments are made to the Procedure for completion of the tax declaration on indirect taxes (the value-added tax and excise duties) when import goods to the RF territory from the territory of Belarus Republic
The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 118n of November
27, 2007 (document is in Russian) establishes that from
April 1, 2008 the tax declaration on indirect taxes (the value-added
tax and excise duties) when import goods to the RF territory
from the territory of Belarus Republic shall be submitted by
taxpayers for the month where imported goods was taken into
account.
Besides,
the annex "Codes of operations" is added with
new code for operation on import of goods to the territory of
the Russian Federation, except excise liable goods, according
to the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation,
transferring through the customs boarder of the Russian Federation
within the frameworks of international interaction of the Russian
Federation in the field of research and use of cosmic space,
as well as agreements about services on launch of cosmic shuttles.
