The amendments are made to the General provisions on territorial body of the Federal registration service on subject (subjects) of the Russian Federation
In accordance with the amendments, there are
extended tasks and authorities of territorial body of the Federal
registration service on subject (subjects) of the Russian Federation
- the head administration (administration) of the Federal registration
service on subject (subjects) of the Russian Federation. Now
there are included to these tasks performance of supervision
over activity of self-regulating institutions of appraisers,
as well as such authorities: on the instructions of the Federal
registration service examination of self-regulating institutions
of appraisers, their branches and representatives locating on
dependent territory and performance of the function of state
customer at placing orders on supply of goods, making works,
rendering services for state needs from funds allocated to it
from the federal budget and to conclude state contracts under
results of such orders within its authorities. Besides, there
has been arisen the new right - to apply to court on exclusion
of a self-regulating institution of appraisers from the united
state registry of self-regulating institutions of appraisers
on the instructions of the Federal registration service.
