There are approved the Rules of collection, distribution and payment of recompense to performers and manufactures of phonograms for use of phonograms published in commercial purposes
As receivers of recompense there are performers and manufactures
of phonograms whose exclusive rights on phonogram and performances
are valid (has been considered) at the territory of the Russian
Federation.
The Rules has been putted into effect from January 1, 2008.
The amendments are made to the Decrees of the RF Government in accordance with determination of specific features of functioning of the wholesale market of electric power (capacity) during the transition period at territories not united into price zones
There are approved the Rules of making decision on conclusion of long-term state (municipal contracts on making works (rendering services) with long production cycle
The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 978
of December 29, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves
the Rules determining the procedure for making decisions
on conclusion of long-term state (municipal contracts on making
works (rendering services) with long production cycle of making
(rendering) is more than 3 years (more than 1 year - in the
case of approval of act of subject of the Russian Federation
on budget of subject of the Russian Federation (decision on
local budget) for regular financial year).
