The period of application is prolonged for forms of banks of strict accounting

The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 542 of August 27, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to clause 2 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 171 "On approval of the Statute on carrying out cash settlements and (or) settlements using payment cards without cash register equipment" of March 31, 2005 (document is in Russian), and in accordance with them the forms of banks of strict accounting approved in conformance with requirements established by the Statute on carrying out cash settlements and (or) settlements using payment cards without cash register equipment may be applied up to June 1, 2008.

There is approved the procedure for keeping of the records and submission of information on affiliated persons of credit institutions

There is approved the procedure for keeping of the records and submission of information on affiliated persons of credit institutions

The Provisions of the Bank of Russia N 307-P of July 20, 2007 (document is in Russian) establish the procedure for keeping of the records and submission of information on affiliated persons of credit institutions.

The present Provisions shall come into effect upon expiration of 10 days after the day of its official publication in the " News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".

There is approved the Procedure for writing off debts and restore them in records on monetary obligations before the federal budget (by the Russian Federation)

There is approved the Procedure for writing off debts and restore them in records on monetary obligations before the federal budget (by the Russian Federation)

  The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 68n of August 2, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the Procedure for writing off debts and restore them in records on monetary obligations before the federal budget establishing the rules and terms for writing off and restore in records of debts of the RF subjects, municipal formations and legal entities, in the case of cessation of obligations (or consideration of claim on obligation as cleared) or availability of valid court decision on consideration of obligation as invalid or executed.

There is given in the Procedure the list of basements for arisen of obligations, for debts on which it is applied, at that there is specified that effect of the Procedure is not applied to debts on payment of taxes, duties, fees, penalties and other obligatory payments established by the legislation on taxes and duties and the RF customs legislation.

  There is mentioned, that obligations being basement for writing off and restore in records of debts are subjects for documentary confirmation, and such confirming documents are annexed to statement on writing off debt from records or on restore of debt.

Under results of consideration of received documents, authorized body shall make one of the decisions during 30 working days from the day of receiving of documents: on writing off debt from records or on restore in records of debt, or it shall direct notification to applicant: on refusal in writing off debt from records or on restore in records of debt.
