The amendments are made to the Federal Act "On supplies of products for federal state purposes" in the part of protection of products sullied under state contract
The Federal Act N 222-FZ of July 24, 2007 (document is in
Russian) adds the provisions of
the Federal Act N 60-FZ "On supplies of products for federal
state purposes" of December 13, 1994 (document is in
Russian) with the norm about that after receiving of according
license in bodies of internal affaires, strategic enterprises,
strategic joint-stock companies and their daughter associations
making exploitation of main pipe lines and being their owners,
and organization - owner of the Uniform gas supply system shall
have the right to purchase civil and service weapon in accordance
with
the Federal Act N 150-FZ "On weaponry" of December
13, 1996 (document is in Russian) in purposes pf protection
of products supplied under state contract, objects intended
for extraction, reproducing, transportation, storage of such
products, other property necessary for execution of state contracts.
According amendments are made also to
the Act "On weaponry".
There are approved the federal budget for 2008 and for planning period from 2009 till 2010
The Federal Act N 198-FZ of July 24, 2007 (document is in
Russian) approves basic characteristics of the federal budget
for 2008, which were determined from forecasting value of gross
domestic product in the size of 35000,0 bln. rubles and inflation
rate not more than 7,0 % (December 2008 as to December 2007).
There is approved the form of notification on agreement, which is obligatory for direction by financial institutions to federal antimonopoly body.
Aforesaid form approved by
the Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service N 184 of June
25, 2007 (document is in Russian) shall be directed by financial
institutions to federal antimonopoly body as notification on
all agreements attained in any form between them or with bodies
of executive power, bodies of local self-government, as well
as with other institutions in order provided by
the Federal Act "On protection of the competition"
, except agreements between financial institutions having
aggregate share at commodity market less than norm established
by the Government of the Russian Federation; agreements being
contracts on rendering of financial services; agreements being
contracts concluded by financial institution during process
of general economical activity.
