There are approved the forms of documents used during the process of licensing of pharmaceutical activity
The Order of the Federal Service for supervision in the sphere
of public health and social development N 836-Pr/07 of May 10,
2007 (document is in Russian) approves the forms of applications
on granting of the license, redrawing up of document confirming
availability of the license, issue of extract from the registry
of licenses and on issue of copy of document confirming availability
of the license, as well as the form of notifications on granting
and on refusal in granting of the license, on redrawing up and
on refusal in redrawing up of document confirming availability
of the license.
Work organization on licensing of pharmaceutical
activity is entrusted to the Administration of licensing in
the sphere of public health and social development and heads
of the Federal Service for supervision in the sphere of public
health and social development in subjects of the Russian Federation.
