The Procedure for transfer of credit histories to storage to the Central catalogue of credit histories is approved

      The Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia N 06-133/pz-n of November 23, 2006 (document is in Russian) approves the Procedure for transfer of credit histories to storage to the Central catalogue of credit histories from liquidated (reorganized, excluded from the state registry) bureau of credit histories.

The Rules for application of communication vehicles, which are subjects for declaring of accordance are approved

      The Order of the Ministry of Informational Technologies and Communication of the Russian Federation N 160 of December 7, 2006 (document is in Russian) approves the Rules of application of wire broadcasting equipment, which are determine the procedure for application of wire broadcasting equipment on its using within the communication network of general use and technological networks in the case of their joining to the communication network of general use. The obligatory requirements to parameters of wire broadcasting equipment are given in the annexes.
     
       The Order of the Ministry of Informational Technologies and Communication of the Russian Federation N 161 of December 7, 2006 (document is in Russian) approves the Rules of application of equipment of clock network synchronization , which establish obligatory requirements to control and parameters of equipment of clock network synchronization subject for using within the communication network of general use and technological networks in the case of their joining to the communication network of general use, that are given in the annexes.

The amendments are maid to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia "On the procedure for opening, closure, organization of exchange points and procedure for performance by authorized banks of certain types of banking operations"

     The Directions of the Bank of Russia N 1751-U of November 29, 2006 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia N 113-I "On the procedure for opening, closure, organization of exchange points and procedure for performance by authorized banks of certain types of banking operations and other deals with cash foreign currency and currency of the Russian Federation, checks (including road checks), which nominal value is specified in foreign currency, with participation of natural persons" of April 28, 2004 (document is in Russian).There is added clause 1.12 on the procedure for placing of information on suspension of activity or on prolongation of term of suspension of activity of exchange point. So there is given in the new wording clause 4.15 on the procedure for filling up of columns 15, 16, 17, 18 of the Registry of operations with cash currency and checks .


     This Directions shall putt into effect upon expiration of 10 days after the day of its official publication in the " News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".

The amendments are maid to the Provision of the Bank of Russia "On the procedure and criteria for estimation of financial standing of natural persons - founders (participants) of credit institutions"

      The Directions of the Bank of Russia N 1763-U of December 15, 2006 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Provisions of the Bank of Russia N 268-P "On the procedure and criteria for estimation of financial standing of natural persons - founders (participants) of credit institutions" of April 19, 2005 (document is in Russian), which concern criteria of evaluation of financial position of getter (natural person being or becoming of founder (participant)  of credit institution personally or in group of persons interconnected by agreement, in the result of acquisition of stocks (shares) of credit institution). So, the list of basements for refusal in acquisition of stocks (shares) of credit institution is specified.
     
      This Directions shall putt into effect upon expiration of 10 days after the day of its official publication in the " News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".
