Responsibilities:
Participate in the specification of business solutions in the area of customer churn, product cross selling, customer segmentation, lifecycle analysis, etc. for different industries (finance, telecommunications, or retail.)
Implement and perform Data preparation and data analysis from a statistical point of view.
Specification and implementation of data transformations, derivation of additional attributes, perform descriptive analysis of data, develop statistical models, e.g., for event prediction.
Interpretation and presentation of modeling results, organization and delivery of client workshops, presentations and interviews.
Specification and development of business activities for the deployment of modeling results (retention, cross- and upselling activities, channel management, contact optimization, direct mail activities, etc.)
Support integration of analytical solutions into client business processes.
Provide subject matter expertise in one or more statistical modeling or Data Mining areas or other areas related to Teradata’s solution offerings (e.g., churn analysis).

An international consulting company is looking for a Senior Manager for Corporate finance group (M&A) department.
Job description:
M&A strategy generation providing and operational plans formation for M&A department;
M&A projects risks assessment and its mitigation;
Development of M&A projects evaluation criteria and relative regalements providing the connection of strategic, operational and shareholders Company’s targets;
Providing and coordination of works with potential partners with M&A projects fulfillment (timelines, business plans, information exchange preparation);
Execution of M&A transactions;
Conduct financial due diligence and research on project financial incentives (loan programs, renewable energy credits and incentives);
Determination and negotiation of deal structure;
Planning and coordination of due diligence;
Coordination of work with external consultants;
Cooperation arrangement with IB, financial and legal entities;
Cooperation with other Company departments within M&A projects;
Preparation of financial model different options for commercial negotiations support;
Participation in corporate documentation development for M&A projects (Confidentiality Agreement, LoI, MoU, JVA) and coordination of its approval within the Company departments ;

Requirements:
Higher education (Russian or equivalent) in Economics/Finance;
Previous experience (4+ years) in corporate finance experience with an investment bank, consultancy or in industry;
Experience in managing the full lifecycle of M&A projects – starting from preparing sales documentation, financial modelling, marketing of the opportunity to potential buyers, deal structuring, negotiations and deal closing;
Track record of successfully delivered projects;
Good high level understanding of other transaction areas – legal, tax, due diligence;
Experience in managing multifunctional teams during the project;
Understanding of various types of transactions, such as private equity deal and trade sale;
Track record in origination of work;
Experience in several industries preferred, however strong experience in one particular industry is considered as well;
