Система компьютерной алгебры GAP - SAGE and Mathematical Research Using Open Source Software

Dear Colleagues, We would like to solicit your participation in the AMS Special Session titled "SAGE and Mathematical Research Using Open Source Software" to be held on Thursday, January 8, 2009, as part of the AMS/MAA Joint Mathematics Meetings in Washington, DC. The session webpage is here:   http://www.ams.org/amsmtgs/2110_program_ss2.html . and a more interactive one at http://wiki.sagemath.org/ams-sage The purpose of this session is to bring together researchers interested in using the mathematical software Sage (homepage: http://www.sagemath.org/) for their research. We welcome your proposals for twenty-minute talks.  Contact us directly with any questions or suggestions.  Please submit your abstract by the deadline of September 16 using the AMS web form here:   http://www.ams.org/cgi-bin/abstracts/abstract.pl   .
