Senior Finance Manager
Major international manufacturing company from the automotive sector Our Client, a major international production company from the automotive sector is looking to fill a position of a senior manager in finance. The position is a leading role in finance in the whole Russian business and requires supervision of finance and accounting division at several production plants in the central part of Russia. The scope of work will include leadership and development of finance team, business guidance to operation groups within the business units. Responsibilities will include internal controls, short-term and long-term forecasting, financial performance evaluation and cash-flow management. The role will be reporting directly to the Eastern-Europe management team and will be mostly based in one of the production locations outside Moscow. At least 50% of travel is required. Requirements: A successful candidate will have strong finance and accounting background, experience with automotive and spare parts manufacturing and production business, extensive practical experience related to accounting and controlling, SOX, etc. He/she will have good management skills to manage a team of 20 people and will be fluent in both Russian and English. University degree in finance/accounting and western finance/accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc.) are required, MBA is a strong plus.
