Our client, one of the leading premium spirits companies, is looking for On Trade Development Manage
- Drive premium spirits sales in the Moscow on trade channel achieving both volume, distribution and brand presence targets
- Build and develop strong relations with both key on trade clients and distributors
- Manage on trade activities; analyse the channel identifying bottle necks and anticipating challenges and opportunities
- Lead a team of on trade supervisors and representatives
Requirements:
- Higher education, conversational English
- Relevant experience in on trade with an international soft drinks/alcohol/tobacco company
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, result-driven and success-oriented

- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients generating new business as well as maintain and develop existing accounts in Russia and CIS
- Deliver sales of Upstream, Gas & Power and Downstream research and consulting products
- Engage at the client user level to ensure retention and growth of the research subscription products
- Develop sales opportunities with new clients in Russia in coal and metals segments
- Provide introductory product trainings and client support
- Support new product and service development launches and provide feedback on established products and services to relevant internal departments
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of the energy industry and information services products
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the consultative environment or information services with a proven track record
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, able to build senior-level relations and relate to people at all levels
- Result-driven and client-oriented personality with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Native Russian and fluent English speaker
