Molten This role is based in Moscow and reports to the Managing Directors of Molten based in London. The incumbent of this role will have overall responsibility for managing Molten’s position in the Russian market. The Director will also ensure that the conditions are created for our consultants to be able to perform effectively in the marketplace and that Molten Russia is run profitably. Main Responsibilities ∙ Seeking and developing new clients and managing current clients ∙ Ensuring consulting delivery is of the highest quality ∙ Running the day to day operations in the Moscow office ∙ Recruitment of senior and junior consultants and associates ∙ Balancing the recruitment pipeline with the client pipeline ∙ Managing the cash flow, balance sheet and P&L of Molten Russia and ensuring the business is profitable ∙ Ensuring compliance with Molten quality standards ∙ Managing the Molten brand in Russia ∙ Personally delivering top quality consulting work ∙ Looking after and empathizing with our consultants. Chief Accountant
