There is approved the new accountability form for taxpayers of the united tax on imputed income for certain kinds of activities 2009-02-04 06:00
The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 137n of December 8, 2008 (document is in Russian), putting into effect from the beginning of submission of the tax declaration for the 1 quarter 2009, approves the new form of the tax declaration on the united tax on imputed income for certain kinds of activities and the Procedure for completion thereof. The amendments made by to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (document is in Russian) by the Federal Act N 155-FZ of July 22, 2008 (document is in Russian) are taken into account in the new form of declaration on the united tax on imputed income for certain kinds of activities. The Order of the Ministry Finance of Russia N 137n of December 8, 2008 is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation N 13192 of January 28, 2009.
There is changed the Procedure for completion of the tax declaration on the tax on extraction of mineral resources 2009-02-04 06:00
The Order of the Ministry Finance of Russia N 158n of December 31, 2008 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Order of the Ministry Finance of Russia N 185n "On approval of the form of the tax declaration on the tax declaration on the tax on extraction of mineral resources and the Procedure for completion thereof" of December 29, 2008 (document is in Russian). The Annex N 2 to the Procedure for completion of the tax declaration on the tax on extraction of mineral resources, where information is included about codes of basements for taxation extracted mineral resources on the tax rate 0 percent (rubles) and other specific features of calculation and payment of the tax, is given in the new wording. In this moment the Order of the Ministry Finance of Russia N 158n of December 31, 2008 is submitted to the state registration in the Russian Federation Ministry of Justice, so it is not applied before passing of according registration procedures and official publication.
