In the Russian Federation there is authorized the manufacturing of analytical (standard) samples of narcotics, the psychotropic substances which were entered into List I
By the
Federal Act from July, 19th, 2007 N 134-FZ (document is
in Russian) there are made changes to
the Federal Act from January, 8th, 1998 N 3-FZ "About narcotics
and psychotropic substances" (document is in Russian) according to which to the certain state unitary enterprises
and official bodies which property is in the federal property,
at presence licenses at them there is authorized manufacture
of narcotics and psychotropic entered into the list of narcotics
and psychotropic substances which turn in the Russian Federation
according to the legislation of the Russian Federation and the
international contracts of the Russian Federation is forbidden
(List I), with a view of manufacturing analytical (standard)
samples for use in expert, operatively-search, scientific and
educational activity, and also at physical examination. Besides
thereis specified the concept of a turn of narcotics and
the psychotropic substances, including growth of plants, manufacture,
manufacturing, processing, storage, transportation, realization,
distribution, purchase, use, the destruction used in
the Federal Act"About narcotics and psychotropic substances"
and in
the Federal Act "On licensing of certain types of activity"
.
Thereis passed the Federal Act "About the Russian corporation of nanotechnology "
By
the Federal Act from July, 19th 2007 N 139-FZ "About the
Russian corporation of nanotechnology " (document is
in Russian) there is established a legal status, principles
of the organization, the purpose of creation and activity, the
order of management of activity, the order of reorganization
and liquidation of the Russian corporation of nanotechnology.The
corporation operates with a view of assistance of realization
of a state policy in sphere of nanotechnology, developments
of an innovative infrastructure in sphere of nanotechnology,
realizations of projects of creation perspective of nanotechnology
and nanoindustry. On the Corporation positions of
the Federal Act from October, 26th, 2002 N 127-FZ "On Insolvency
(bankruptcy)" do not extend. Maintenance of activity
of the Corporation is carried out due to property of the Corporation.
The Corporation can be reorganized or liquidated on the basis
of the federal law defining the order of its reorganization
or liquidation. The federal act on liquidation of Corporation
should define the order of use of property of the Corporation
after its liquidation.
Since August, 1st, 2007there is established the administrative responsibility for infringement of rules of the organization of activity in the retail markets
