There approved the Rules of performance operations with monetary funds on organization and carrying out of gambling games 2007-07-13 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There approved the Rules of performance operations with monetary funds on organization and carrying out of gambling games The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 441 of July 10, 2007 (document is in Russian approves the Rules establishing the procedure for performance operations with monetary funds by an organizer of gambling games when organization and carrying out of gambling games is provided in gambling houses. In accordance with the Rules, issue of exchange signs of gambling house shall be made in cash-desk of gambling house in exchange of money; issue of winnings as money shall be made in cash-desk of gambling house in exchange of presented exchange signs of gambling house.
