The amendments are made to the Federal Act "On the federal budget for 2007"

In purposes of financial security of implementation of provisions of the Message of the Russian Federation President to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of April 26, 2007 in 2007 (document is in Russian), the Federal Act N 132-FZ of July 17, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Federal Act N 238-FZ "On the federal budget for 2007" of December 19, 2006 (document is in Russian). In the result of making amendments, budget assignations shall be directed to creation of efficient transport system, support of existing housing fund and the program of resettlement of citizens from wrecking dwellings in proper state, creation of the B.N.Yeltsin President' library and others.

The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 450 of July 16, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 530 of August 31, 2006 (document is in Russian) and to the Rules of functioning of retail markets during transition period of reformation of power industry, which specify the terms for carrying out of competitions for the right to perform activity as guarantying supplier.

The amendments are made to the procedure of administering of certain types of earnings coming in the budget system of the Russian Federation by the Bank of Russia

The Directions of the Bank of Russia N 1851-U of July 3, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Provisions of the Bank of Russia N 300-P "On the procedure of administering of certain types of earnings coming in the budget system of the Russian federation by the Bank of Russia" of December 25, 2006 (document is in Russian), which specify the procedure for administering and drawing up documents for its performance.

The Directions shall come into effect upon expiration of 10 days after the day of its official publication in the " News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".

The Order of the Ministry of Informational Technologies and Communication of Russia N 73 of July 2, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the Rules of application of computerized settlements system .

The Order of the Ministry of Informational Technologies and Communication of Russia N 74 of July 2, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the Rules of application subscribers stations (subscribers mobile land stations) of geostationary systems of mobile satellite communications with frequency and time division of channels .

The Order of the Ministry of Informational Technologies and Communication of Russia N 75 of July 2, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the Rules of application of radio access equipment. Part II. Rules of application of radio access equipment for free data transfer within in the range of 71-76 Gc/s, 81-86 Gc/s, 92-95 Gc/s.

  According amendments are made to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to the N 113n "On establishment of criteria for securities in which temporarily free pecuniary resources of the fund of obligatory insurance of deposits may be placed and (or) invested)" of September 7, 2005 (document is in Russian) by the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation N 54n of June 25, 2007 (document is in Russian) in purposes of development of the system of deposits insurance.

On the basis of the Statute on the Federal Service for Tariffs of Russia (document is in Russian) and the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 332 "On Measures to Enhance the State Regulation of the Prices of Gas and Raw Materials for Production Thereof" of April 15, 1995, the Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 129-je/2 of June 15, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the Methodical directions on regulation of retail prices on liquefied gas sold to population for domestic needs.

In accordance with articles 46, 47 of the RF Tax Code (document is in Russian), the Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N MM-3-19/293@ of May 14, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the forms of decisions and decree used by tax bodies on collection of debts on obligatory payments to the RF budget system.
