There are approved the Administrative rules of execution by Federal registration service of the state function on licensing for the right of notarial activity 2007-07-23 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are approved the Administrative rules of execution by Federal registration service of the state function on licensing for the right of notarial activity  By the order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation from July, 16th, 2007 N 149 (document is in Russian) instead of an old Order of licensing for the right of notarial activity (document is in Russian) there are approved the Administrative rules defining terms and sequence of actions (administrative procedures) by which territorial bodies of Federal registration service will be guided at licensing for the right of notarial activity. There are approved the Rules of rendering of services on realization of a tourist product 2007-07-23 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are approved the Rules of rendering of services on realization of a tourist product By the RF Government Decree from July, 19th, 2007 N 452 (document is in Russian) there are approved the Rules defining the order of rendering of services on realization of a tourist product, the order of the conclusion, execution, change and the termination of the contract about realizations of a tourist product, and also the responsibility of the parties. There is certained the competence of the bodies licensing manufacture of medical products and pharmaceutical activity 2007-07-23 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is certained the competence of the bodies licensing manufacture of medical products and pharmaceutical activity By the RF Government Decree from July, 19th, 2007 N 455 (document is in Russian) there are made changes to Regulations about licensing of manufacture of the medical products , approved by the RF Government Decree from July, 6th, 2006 N 415 (document is in Russian), and in Regulations about licensing of the pharmaceutical activity , approved by the RF Government Decree from July, 6th, 2006 N 416 (document is in Russian). As a result of these changes licensing of manufacture of medical products and licensing of pharmaceutical activity will be carried out by Federal service on supervision in sphere of public health services and social development (regarding manufacture and the reference of the medical products intended for medical application) and by Federal service on veterinary and fytosanitory supervision (regarding manufacture and the reference of the medical products intended for animals).
