The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 277
of May 10, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves
the Rules establishing the procedure for granting state
guarantees of the Russian Federation on loans made by legal
entities for providing of land plots with engineering infrastructure
and modernization of objects of communal infrastructure
in purposes of housing construction, as well as the procedure
for execution of obligations on these guarantees.
