NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION

There are approved specific features of formation of book-entry accounting of non-state pension funds

The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 3n of January 10, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the Specific features of formation of book-entry accounting of non-state pension funds. They are determine specific features, and what kind of things shall be guided a non-state pension fund on formation of indexes, composition and submission of book-entry accounting, what requirements shall be observed by a fund on formation of book-entry accounting.

  The Order establishes that annual book-entry accounting of non-state pension funds is composed from Accounting balance sheet of non-state pension fund, Report on profit and losses of non-state pension fund, annexes to them, explanatory note, besides, there is permitted to non-state pension fund not to submit the Report on movement of funds of target financing, pension reserves and pension accumulations of non-state pension fund and the Report on movement of ownership being pension reserves and pension accumulations of non-state pension fund in composition of interim book-entry accounting.

The Order shall come into effect since the beginning of book-entry accounting for 2007.

  The Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets N 07-29/pz-n of March 27, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the Order determining to rules of calculation of market cost of assets and cost of net assets, where accumulations for housing security of military servicemen being in trust management of managing companies are invested.

The amendments are made to the Statute on the activity on organizing trade at the security market

The amendments are made to the Statute on the activity on organizing trade at the security market

The Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets N 07-31/pz-n of March 29, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Statute on the activity on organizing trade at the security market approved by the Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets N 06-68/pz-n of June 22, 2006 (document is in Russian). Section IV "Admission of securities to trades" is added with new clause concerning the order of inclusion of bonds of issuer - mortgage agent to quoted lists "A" (first and second levels). There is given in the new wording clause 4.22 on exclusion from the List of securities which issuer is the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Besides, this section is added with new clauses on procedure for admission securities to trades, which was issued on behalf of foreign states and their issuers.
