NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION


The Provision on licensing of activity on secure of aviation safety is approved

      The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 784 of December 22, 2006 (document is in Russian) approves the Provision for licensing of activity on secure of aviation safety, which is provided by legal entities and sole traders.
     
      The Licensing of aforesaid activity is provided by the Federal Service foe supervision in the sphere of transport. The license is granted for 5 years; term of validity of the license may be prolonged in order provided for redrawing up of the license.

The International convention on struggle with dope in sport has been ratified

      The Federal Act N 240-FZ of December 27, 2006 (document is in Russian) ratifies the International convention on struggle with dope in sport adopted by the UNESCO General conference  on 33 session in Paris city as on October 19, 2005.

The Rules for rendering of communication services in purposes of television and (or) radio broadcast is approved

      The Rules for rendering of communication services in purposes of television and (or) radio broadcast are approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 785 of December 22, 2006 (document is in Russian), in execution of article 44 of the Federal Act "On communication" (document is in Russian).
     
     The Rules shall putt into effect since March 1, 2007, and they regulate relations between a subscriber or broadcaster and a communication operator rendering communication services in purposes of  cable and (or) broadcast television or radio, in the case of conclusion of requital agreement on rendering communication services in purposes of cable and broadcast television.
