Our Junior Managers Program will get you started. We motivate you to perform at your peak and teach you everything you need to know as an executive at Bosch. You’ll get to know the company inside and out, rapidly assume responsibility and pursue the targeted development of your personal strengths. Accept the challenge!


Junior Managers Program is an 18-24-month intensive training program that will result the appointment of an intern for a middle manager in the company, and in 6-8 years - a top manager of the company. The program involves learning on the job or projects and requires high commitment, as well as maximum disclosure of managerial abilities of the trainee.

The training will focus on deep practical development of business processes in the selected function. The program is divided into several rounds: in the main function in Russia, in a related function, in the main function in the foreign office and the final stage (optional) - returning to the main function in Russia.


Vacancies in the program in Russia are opened in the following functions: sales (Moscow), finance (Moscow), R&D (Sankt-Petersburg), production (Saratov).


Your prospects are excellent: Franz Fehrenbach, chairman of the board of management, also took part in the Junior Managers Program.


What we expect from you:

  • Prominent leadership qualities, high ambitions, drive for results;
  • Ability to work in teams, communication effectiveness;
  • Graduates 2006 - 2011 years of engineering, physical, financial and commercial disciplines;
  • Experience of working in the office for at least 12 months, ideally – professional job;
  • Fluent English; German language skills is an advantage;
  • Experience of work / internship / studying abroad
  • Readiness to business-travel and / or temporary relocation since October 2011
