Migrating from Outlook to Notes is all well and good, but I've got to still maintain an Active Directory system. What can I do about that?
This could be a very complex topic, but I'm going to cover it in a few sentences. You can synchronize your Windows Server Active Directory with your Domino directory.
The best approach is to run your Active Directory domain controller, your Domino server, and your the Domino Administrator on separate servers. This is a good idea anyway, because as you migrate, you're going to want Domino to be running on a fresh machine.
You'll need two key tools: the Windows 2003 Administration Tools Pack and ADSync (part of Domino). Follow the directions here.

User sends many Group To Do out to others and does not want to see Accept notices in her in-box, so under Deliver Options she checks "Do not receive responses from invitees". When she does this, not only does she not get the Accept notices in her mail, the invitees do not have the option to mark Complete.
User gets error opening a repeating To Do : Field: 'tmpRepeatsText': Array index out of bounds. This only fails if the "Every Other" options was used when creating the repeating To Do.
