Hi everyone! I'd like to congratulate you! The spring has finally come, at least to Moscow! The weather is gorgeous! Hopefully it's going to be warmer every day and it's not going to snow anymore!

My friends, I already told you before that you should always work on your listening skill. This is one of the most important things of learning English. You should listen to English speech as more as possible, especially in the beginning.

I wrote about how you can improve your listening skill in the article «How to improve listening skill». The best ways to do it are:

1) Listening to audio podcasts in English.

2) Listening to English songs.

3) Watching movies in English.

4) Listening to radio in English.

At this article I'd like to talk about radio in English. Where can we actually find the radio like that? So for sure there are many radio stations in English abroad. And you can listen to them online without any problems. And what about some radio in English here, in Russia?

In Moscow there is such a station. It's called Moscow FM — 105.2. They speak English only there. The most of DJs are native English speakers. But some of them are Russian who's lived abroad for a long time. So their English is just perfect.

I'm a big fan of this radio and I've been listening them since they started to work. Exaclty at that time I started learning English by the way. I like all their staf. They do great shows there and play very good music. So it's only a pleasure to listen to them and improve English at the same time.

If you've never listened to them, guys, I'm suggesting you to.

I even called them three times and talked to them on air. The first time was last summer, I was visiting my grand parents in Ekaterinburg and gave a call them from there. It was the 4th of July.

The second time was last summer as well. I had a little talk with Katya, but unfortunately couldn't go on air because had to hang up. But anyway I chanced to order a song and she played it.

And the third time I called the radio was just yesterday. I was driving back home from work and bored in traffic jam, so I decided to call them to talk. It was funny and cool!

Since my blog is kind of my online diary, I'd like to put my calls here.
