For their site - To manage a team of cost managers in the central program office providing the cost management for a large-scale residential development program; - To work closely with the other disciplines in the central program office, including Procurement Management, Program Controls, Design Management, and Construction Management in the delivery of program level cost management services. SCOPE - Program Cost Management will be part of the Program Management Office for a large-scale residential development program. The Head of Program Cost Management will oversee the delivery of services, including estimating, cost reporting, preparation of budgets, cashflows, etc. Cost management will also be undertaken by cost managers in individual project teams. The Program Cost Manager will not be directly responsible for the performance and delivery of cost management in each project team, but will have a role, in checking that the quality of cost management is maintained across the program.
