Our client is a global player in the IT business and is well known around the world for its cutting 1- Sales Strategy - Planning, proposing and implementing of Sales Strategy for external HDD to the retail, web and the channel in the assigned area (Russia) and target customer base. - The plan includes a forecast for the fiscal year broken down by month, customers, and Route To Market strategy (retail, web, channel etc). 2- Management of all pre- and post-sales activities - Manage sales to achieve Budget and Forecast targets and maintain/grow the defined customer base to the agreed targets within the defined area/ customers. - Develop and maintain both new and existing customers within the defined area and segment in order to meet budget targets (quantity and profit). - Inform customers on a regular basis about new developments, eg.: new product, price, marketing activities. 3- Relation Management: - Develop and maintain the relation with the customers through regular visits and communication. - Communication with customers about commercial issues (e.g. forecasts, orders, shipments). - Coordination and control of the commercial handling of sales (e.g. collection of payments, issuing credit notes) in cooperation with Finance and Operation departments. - Communication of customers' demand, market situation and competitors benchmark/information to SDP management. 4- Administration and Reporting (Monthly and/or weekly) - Provide regular market analysis and trend on the country and customer segment in the assigned area to SPD management - Support Marketing with feedback on planned activities to SPD management - Follow administrative guidelines (e.g. monthly expense reports, out of office, holidays) of the local subsidiary where the KAM is employed.
