One of the largest international retailers The Chief Accountant is responsible for dealing with all accounting and finance requirements governed by Federal and/or Regional legislation while being responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance Department for the Company. Main Duties and Responsibilities - Establishing control systems to protect and ensure efficient use of assets - Comply with all reporting, accounting, treasury, taxation and audit requirements and deadlines - Day to day running of the finance department this includes but is not limited to - Treasury Management - plan and manage cash flow - Cash Office Controls - Payroll - Fixed Asset Register - Stock Management - Finance Systems - Evaluate the tax impact of contemplated courses of action - Keeping Finance Director informed on all company related matters of financial importance - Liaise with internal and external auditors - Preparation of annual budget - Deputises for the Finance Manager in their absence - Ensure adequate training and general development of staff - Maintain regular liaison with Management and others involved in Retail, Purchasing, Human Resources, Warehouse, IT, Administration - Suggest and advise Management on improvements to the operations of the company - Coordinate the activities of outside suppliers of financial services, hired or contracted by the Company including Accountants, Auditors, Financial Consultants etc. Requirements: - Previous experience with International Company in Russia or else overseas - In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience in Russian Accounting with an understanding of International accounting - Previous experience in a well established company or brand - Excellent command of written and verbal English - Experience of liason with local tax and social security regulations - Adherence to strict confidentiality - Customer Service focused - Retail acumen - Problem solving - Diplomacy - Influencing

Tax Supervisor
International healthcare company Overvision of company taxation. Stress resistance to tax and state services checks of the company. Responsible for tax accounting as well as preparation of tax declarations. Preparation of supporting documents for the tax audits. 1. Preparation of sales (purchase) books for VAT tax reporting on the monthly basis. Prepares access reports for VAT calculation. Submission of the tax declaration to the Inspectorate. 2. Replaces Chief Accountant when absent for profits tax calculation. Helps Chief Accountant with tax inspections if it is necessary. 3. Quarterly reconciliation with tax inspection and customs.
