There has been approved the form of notification about confirmation of the taxpayer's right for property tax deduction 2010-02-11 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There has been approved the form of notification about confirmation of the taxpayer's right for property tax deduction In accordance with clause 3 of article 220 of the RF Tax Code (document is in Russian) and adoption of the Federal Act N 202-FZ of July 19, 2009 "On amendments to chapters 23 and 25 of second part of the RF Tax Code and considering certain provisions of the Federal Act "On amendments to first part, second part of the RF Tax Code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation" as lost their force" (document is in Russian), by the Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N MM-7-3/714@ of December 25, 2009 (document is in Russian), there has been approved the form of notification about confirmation of the taxpayer's right for property tax deduction, order for granting of which has been changed since January 1, 2010. In particular, the property tax deduction may be granted so in respect of expenditures on acquisition of land plots for individual housing construction. The Order has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice by N 16186 of February 2, 2010.
