Privatization of housing fund has been prolonged till March 1, 2013 2010-02-04 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION Privatization of housing fund has been prolonged till March 1, 2013 By the Federal Act N 4-FZ of February 1, 2010 (document is in Russian), the amendments have been made to the Federal Act N 189-FZ "On putting into effect of the Russian Federation Housing Code" of December 29, 2004 (document is in Russian), by which, it is prolonged the right of citizens on free acquisition to ownership of a dwelling premise in state and municipal housing fund of social use, in order of privatization up to March 1, 2013. There has been approved the procedure for registration of certain categories of taxpayers in tax authorities 2010-02-04 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There has been approved the procedure for registration of certain categories of taxpayers in tax authorities By the Order of the Ministry of Finance N 114n of November 5, 2009 (document is in Russian), in accordance with article 83, 84 and 85 of part first of the RF Tax Code and article 346_25_1 of part second of the RF Tax Code (documents are in Russian), there has been approved the Procedure regulating the order of registration and deregistration in tax authorities of russian organizations at the place of location of their separate subdivisions, as well as at the place of location of real estate and (or) transport vehicles belonging to them; of natural persons - citizens of the Russian Federation (privately practicing notaries, lawyers, a natural person at the place of location of real estate and (or) transport vehicle belonging to him, the natural person in respect of which there have been received the information about the fact of registration at the place of residence, registration of the fact of birth and in other cases); sole entrepreneurs applying the simplified taxation system on the patent base. The Order has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice by N 16121 of January 28, 2010, and it shall putt into effect upon expiration of one month since the day of its official publication.
