There has been approved the Administrative regulations on preparation and implementation of agreements about production sharing 2010-01-29 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There has been approved the Administrative regulations on preparation and implementation of agreements about production sharing By the Order of Ministry of Russia N 480 of November 11, 2009 (document is in Russian), there has been approved the Administrative regulations of execution of the state function on providing measures connected with preparation and implementation of agreements about production sharing by the RF Ministry of Energy. The state function shall be executed by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation free. As applicants on execution of the state function, there can be legal entities or their associations - winners of the auction on the right to use of bowels of the earth on terms of production sharing, investors being a part of effective agreements about production sharing, operators of such agreements. The result of execution of the state function is preparation of project of agreement about production division and documents necessary for realization of it. The regulations have determine the list of documents necessary for execution of the state function as well as terms and periods for its realization. The Order has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice N 15871 of December 25, 2009.
