There are established the procedure for presenting the motion for suspension of the right to work with deposits and the procedure for consideration of the license on attraction of deposits or the General license as lost its force
By the Direction
of the Bank of Russia N 2296-U of September 21, 2009 (document
is in Russian), it is established that a bank shall present
the motion for suspension of the right to work with deposits
on the grounds of the Bank of Russia demand directing in the
case of not correspondence of the bank to requirements of
participation in the system of deposits insurance or in accordance
with
part 3_4 of article 48 of the Federal Act "On insurance
of deposits of natural persons in banks of the Russian Federation"
(document is in Russian). By the Direction, it is determined
the procedure and periods for direction of the demand about
presenting of the motion, consideration as invalid of the licenses
on attraction of natural persons funds in rubles and foreign
currency to deposits and drawing up of the license on making
banking operations with funds in rubles and foreign currency
(without the right to attract of monetary funds of natural persons
to deposits) instead of the General license.
The Direction
shall put into effect upon expiration of ten days after the
day of its official publication in the "News Bulletin of
the Bank of Russia".
