There is fixed the procedure for evaluation of financial position of a credit institutions founders (participants)
The Statute of the Bank of Russia N 337-P of June 19, 2009
(document is in Russian) has established the procedure and
criteria for evaluation of financial position of legal entities
- founders (participants) of credit institution. The Statute
has determined the persons in respect of which such evaluation
shall be made, as well as there are established the cases of
carrying out the evaluation by territorial institutions of the
Bank of Russia, independently by a credit institution, and the
cases which such evaluation is not carried out.
The Statute has determined the documents submitting for
evaluation of financial position and the procedure for making
conclusion about financial position. Besides there are established
the specific features of evaluation at solving questions about
state registration of founding credit institution, about sufficiency
of corrected net assets of a legal entity and satisfactoriness
of his financial position.
