Teleperformance Russia‚ Leading Outsourced Contact Center service provider is looking for a professional sales manager. The company employees over 1500 staff and services leading western and Russian companies. The company is operating 3 call centers and is dynamically growing.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Business development
  • Actively find potential clients
  • Contract negotiations
  • Proposal composition and development for prospects
  • Client «life cycle» management


 

Requirements:
  • Male or female of age 25-38
  • Degree in Commerce or Engineering
  • Good Russian writing skills and good knowledge of written & spoken English 
  • Over 3 years of work experience
  • Ability to write proposals, answer RFPs
  • Pro active, open-minded, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Hardworking
  • Good personal contact network and able to ‘network’
  • Ability to communicate with high level executives
  • Determined and focused on results
  • Proven track record in sales
