International IT company is looking for an Engagement Manager / Start-up Manager to be based in Moscow with primary focus of Financial Practice.
Principal duties: ∙ Control and management of an assigned clients and prospective opportunities across set of international accounts in Financial, Banking sectors (investment banking clients)
Responsibilities: ∙ Cultivate, maintain, and grow relationships with assigned accounts that will increase existing business, ensure excellent client relations and satisfaction ∙ Create and maintain account development plans ∙ Provide risk assessment and reliable forecasting ∙ Negotiate business terms with the assigned accounts ∙ Ensure achieving target revenue and gross margin quotas ∙ Provide general assistance on proposal development, including the drafting of certain sections of proposal. Ensure that all of the bid documentation is completed in a timely manner. ∙ Being responsible for analyzing, researching, writing, and editing request for proposal responses and other related response documents to support the engagement team and delivery centers in their efforts to acquire new clients, retain current clients. ∙ Being proactive, thinking strategically, and networking early in search of stellar candidates for upcoming bids. This may include liaising with Program and HR staff (to determine names and sources) and discussions with technical teams as well as with broader Luxoft international staff. ∙ Review all resumes and forward appropriate ones to the hiring manager. Inform hiring managers of the competitive bids recruitment protocol and maintain regular communications throughout the recruitment process. ∙ Manage leads and opportunities in a corporate CRM on a regular basis
Requirements: ∙ Higher technical education, preferably Computer Engineering/Computer Science or Economics ∙ Good understanding of contemporary IT technologies and platforms, IT product development lifecycle, software development methodologies ∙ Experience as an bid manager / opportunity manager / proposal manager / engagement manager / program manager / business analyst in the IT-sphere ∙ Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality ∙ Experience in working on projects for financial services industry (preferably for investment banks) ∙ Knowledge of formal project management methodologies is the must ∙ General understanding of key technologies including Java, J2EE technology, .NET, Oracle etc. ∙ Very strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent spoken and written English ESSENTIAL, ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts ∙ Understanding of CRM, DWH, BI systems, financial services and support services is an advantage

Не запускаются тесты под ФФ, открывается нужная страница, но дальше тест не идёт. Под ИЕ всё проходит без проблем. Тесты не идут как из консольного приложения, так и из NUnit. Какие есть предположения?

Такой вопрос. Мне нужно загрузить страницу (пока любую, это не имеет значения), выбрать айдишники всех элементов на странице и записать их в файл. Это всё должно быть оформленно скриптом для Selenium. Как можно было бы это реализовать? Подскажите, пожалуйста.
