Привет коллеги!
Завален проект, запущен тим. Выясняется это при увольнении менеджера/тимлидера. Из параллельного (успешного) приглашают лидера возглавить проблемный проект, оставляя в успешном за главного его зама. Ситуация интересная, вопросов куча. В частности, сколько (скажем, в процентах от зарплаты в спокойном, успешном проекте) справедливо просить прибавку по деньгам за разгребание чужих авгиевых конюшен?

Добрый день!
Вот возникло у меня странное желание покопаться и посмотреть - а как вообще работают и что из себя представляют крупнейшие тестировочые конторы. Насколько я себе это всепредставляю, в подавляющем большенстве это все Индия и Китай. Собственно вопрос - какие конторы (ну скажем первый десяток) являются самыми крупными аутсорсерами по тестированию?

Мне нужно написать такое выражение:

Кто знает как это реализовать средствами языка DelphiScript?

Если вы знаете как минимум 2 скриптовых языка (очень желательно JScript) и 1 высокоуровневый;
Если у вас есть опыт проведения нагрузочного тестирования (не только сторонними средствами, но и самописными (+допиливание оных));
Если вы можете подробно рассказать о тестировании ПО;
Если вы прочитали более 5 книг по тестированию;
Если вы еще не устали учиться и добывать знания;
Если в голове полно креатива);

Всем привет.

Заранее извиняюсь если не в тот раздел или подобная тема уже есть, найти не удалось.

Более двух лет тружусь бизнес аналитиком в банке. Однако никаких стандартных средств (стандартов описания, проектирования и даже средств разработки документации) мы не используем. Хотлесь бы как-то самому образовываться в данной области. Коллеги, с чего посоветуете начать? Какой курс пройти? Может есть какой-то обзорный курс для так сказать наччинающих аналитиков?
