Если через буфер, то можно сделать uidoc.Goto + uidoc.Copy
Но это только на форграунде и в едит моде.

Ещё можно выкинуть док в DXL и оттуда декодировать картинку.


"На форграунде" - это мне нужно внедрять в базу Lotus мою программу, так? Если да, то не подходит.

По поводу DXL ничего пока ничего не знаю, так как о программировании в Lotus узнал только вчера. Есть ли где-нибудь уже готовый пример подобной операции?

У меня есть подозрение, что под "представление" подразумеваете некоторый специальный объект Lotus, так? И насколько могу судить, то агент - это программа, выполняемая внутри базы?

Так как у меня нет задачи замкнуть всё внутри Lotus, поэтому я спокойно пробегусь по базе и легко вставлю картинки и данные в таблицу Word-документа, а дальше выведу на печать.

Можно еще в свойствах базы поставить галку, чтобы не считать измененные документы прочитанными. Иначе говоря непрочитанными документами будут только новые документы.


Интересно ... Поискал не нашел такого свойства где галку поставить. Смотрел в Lotus 6.5.4 и 7.0.2 - где находится эта галка и как называется ?

В свойстве БД на последней вкладке указано что пометки о прочтении можно реплицировать на другие сервера (All servers, Cluster)- пометки на сервере должны содержатся если они реплицируются.

Установка прошла без какихлибо проблем
su - notes1 -c "cd /lotus2/KHVDA02/notesdata1;/opt/lotus/bin/server -listen"
но не чего не происходит
сервер который был создан отображается в ALL Servers
но при его открытии пишет unable to find path to server
если кто знает в чем проблема отпешите!
или на литературу дайте ссылку по установки и конфигурирование в Solaris.

зайди notes - пользователем в директорию /opt/lotus/bin/ и запусти server -listen и укажи путь на файл notes.ini

Tips. Советы

Normally I let you know if I'm going to take time out from writing anything here. Last Friday, before we left for a week in Dorset, I was half way through doing so when I came over all paranoid.

Hang on a moment, I thought. Why announce to the world that my house will be empty for a week when my address, as a domain owner, is all of two clicks away.

Anyway, I'm back now following a wet week on the south coast. Here's yours truly on day one wondering why the hell he chose not to go abroad:

I was so pre-occupied with making sure I'd packed all the holiday essentials, such as sunglasses and trunks, that I completely forgot to pack a waterproof coat. Have I not lived here long enough to know you can't rely on the weather!? The coat I am sporting cost me £2.99 and is made of 100% plastic. It's very waterproof though. Who needs Goretex!

We decided to stay in England as flying with two small children would have been too much. Although, as it turned out, getting too and from the south coast by road took just as long as a flight to Greece would have done.

As a child all my summer holidays were here in the UK and I have fond memories of them. I've always wanted my own children to see as much of this country before jetting off to others.

Another reason to stay here was to save money. How naive. A week in "rip off" Britain cost just as much as a week on a Greek island would have done! You live and learn. Next year we'll be going back to Greece where you almost guaranteed seven days of sun.

A holiday should be a break from the norm. Staying in the UK you just don't get that. You still have to pay to park wherever you go and sit in traffic jams.

Family holidays are about the kids though and Felix loved every minute, come rain or shine (Minnie was oblivious and it's increasingly tricky with Quinn to tell if she's enjoying it).

As Brits you learn to make the most of the weather though. Here are a couple of shots:

Idea:

My problems to organize DB-Icons in the workspace would be solved much better, if I could get at least one level of sub-tabs/sub-pages in a workspace-page. 

I personally miss the bookmarks from Notes 5 to 7 because i had the possibility with subfolders. I am obviously really alone with this opinion... The new style in Notes 8 doesn't help, because i can't fix them on the "open" level, like it could be done in elder notes releases...

Idea:
We have been trying to use Domino mail rules to scan for and quarantine email messages that contain file attachments with certain extensions.  While the mail rules do allow you to search for files using "any attachment names", the only options for the condition are "is", "is not", "contains" and "does not contain".  Unfortunately, using "contains" catches files that do not have that extension, but do have letters matching the extension elsewhere in the file name.  For example, using ".exe" as the criteria also matches FY08.executive.report.doc.

We would like to have one (or both) of the following capabilities added to the mail rules in Domino to help us to scan mail attachments:

1. Add a new conditions for all search options called "ends with". Adding another called "starts with". This would match the criteria against the first or last characters of whatever is being searched.

2. Add a new option to the list called "any attachment extension" that only looks at the end of the attachment name after the final dot.

It seems that these would be relatively easy to implement.

Idea:
Enhance mail rules to have the ability to search for the existence and the value of custom field. The current set list is pretty broad, but not flexible. For instance, being able to search for a field like "MyFlagField" that contains "1" would give us a lot more flexibility. We could then search for fields added by agents or other plug-ins.
 
Along with that, we would also want the ability to add a custom field when a match occurs so that we can process at the mail database level based on that match, or tell downstream servers that this message has already been checked and it can skip mail rule processing.

Idea:

Users copy company contacts from the domain directory into their personal contacts db for synch with hand-helds.  Need automated updates of phone, address and name changes (marriage, etc) from company directory into personal contacts.  Synch should be one way to protect company domain directory data.  Synch should preserve extra data added by users to personal Contacts.

As a resident on the West Coast, the OpenMic sessions are scheduled at 7AM.  There was a time when you hosted both a morning and afternoon session.  I am asking you to please schedule your calls twice during the day.  That would allow more participation from those on the West Coast.

Idea:
Notes 8.0.2 comes with a new feature to disable the export of view data. You can enable the feature in the application properties. The feature is great but has one disadvantage. When you disable the export and Samantha tries to export data from a view, from the security aspect the application behaves as designed. From Samantha's point of view it looks like Notes does not work correct. There is no hint for Samantha that the export is disabled in this application. ( unless she takes a look at the application properties, what Samantha never would do ) So IBM, please either disable the menue option for exporting data when the “Disable Export of view data” is checked or at least show a message box to the user who tries to do an export.
