Вопрос, сдал экзамен 190-737 Using Lotus Script in IBM Lotus Notes Domino,
CommonTime announced both the enterprise solution mSuite, and individual solution mNotes, are now compatible with the iPhone 4. And mDesign Studio is currently being developed for compatibility with the iPhone operating system.
FIND UNUSED LOTUS NOTES GROUPS AND CLEAN UP YOUR ADDRESS BOOK Have you ever wanted to get rid of old Lotus Notes groups that were cluttering up your address book, but you weren't sure if they were used? Find Unused Groups can help.
Find Unused Groups will check your ACL, mail, multi purpose and server groups to help you determine if they are used, and who uses them.
With traditional Domino apps, you can use straight HTML, CSS and javascript so the learning process was not a one way street. Using Notes pages with HTML let me transfer knowledge and code to other websites with little effort.
What can you do with XPage knowledge except to code Domino apps. If they let you pull from JDBC along with forms and views and to compile to a format usable on Websphere, then you could use your knowledge elsewhere.
I have a personal interest since a few customers are moving from Domino to websphere and I don't want to have to spend time coding in XPages when I will have to redo it in java down the road.
It would also provide IBM with one development environment for it's web products.
You wonder why everyone thinks Notes is all about Email? Look at what they see for the default Welcome page. (See the attached screen shot) It just has links to Mail, Calendar, Contacts, ToDo, and Notebook. Make the Workspace the default homepage out of the box. I know all the ways this can be customized. But Many companies never go to that effort. As a result, this is how users view Notes. If Notes is not just about email, then make the default homepage indicate so.
If you have a document open and Notes detects someone has updated the document, display an indicator that the document has changed similar to the blue circular arrow indicating to refresh a view when the view has changed. Also provide ways to refresh (i.e. press F9, etc.) what is displayed in read mode to update those changes instead of having to close and re-open the document.

In Lotus Notes, if the subject and the body of a MIME message have different character set encodings, these messages can appear garbled to recipients in a non-Lotus Domino environment.
After customizing the HTTP/Sync port from 80/8642 to 8082/8640 on the Lotus Traveler server, the Apple device profile (Apple.xml) still uses the old 80 port in the host name. This leads to the automatically generated client configuration file using the old port 80/8642 so the device which is set up by the automatically generated client configuration file cannot connect to the server.
