The thread Any Info on BackStreet Inline sheds some light, history, and more on Back Street Inline.

I’ve seen a lot of flattering posts on this site from my customers, and I want to take the opportunity to thank you all. I appreciate it very much. I also sometimes notice posts from people who’ve never had any experience with my company, but yet trash it… but then my loyal customers step up and set them straight. I really appreciate that. I’ve made mistakes here and there, but you know that you’re doing something right when you see that type of loyalty.

Here’s Andrew Love’s latest entry; Goodbye Bike!.

Cyclists are certainly a different crowd than speedskaters, but the bike season is over, ice racing is here, and now I have several painful months of converting bike muscles to “static position skate muscles” (going from skate to bike is so much easier).

I did not realize this when I shot the picture, but think the fellow on the left is longtime speedskater/bike racer Mark Chrysler, who was a regular at the summer training crits‘- photo and caption from Andrew Love

Finally, going up the final hill, Charbonneau caught and passed George and rolled across the finish line with a one-second lead.
