6165 (T) R Logos Co-channel China usually dominates this frequency, 
but I
could hear another station that sounded like it was in Spanish 
underneath China
today.  That's a first, but in my view it was a very exceptional 
morning for Bolivians.
It was best around 1010.  The station was still there around 1030 but 
the Chinese
station was doing a top 10 music countdown.  I could not hear the 
second station
while the Chinese station was playing music.  Logos was only heard on 
my 180

но кроме помехи от 9870 кГц ничего не было слышно. Настроился туда -
работает станция на английском, несколько раз была ID: "National Radio",
много музыки. Только в 15.00 четко OM произнес "Radio New Zealand
International". Дальше на 9865 кГц начала работу еще какая-то станция
и создала сильную помеху приему RNZI. SINPO: 35343, SINPO (после
15.00): 32342. На следующий день станцию было слышно уже немного хуже.
По расписанию от bclnews эта программа RNZI рассчитана на Pacific. Я

Milan Nexus.org; new webform report of TWR India. SINPO 44344

R. Sultanate of Oman, 15140, *1404-1500 Feb 25. 1400 open carrier but
once again did not sign on until midway through their English news bulletin.
1411 into usual pop music. 1500 chimes and into Arabic. Strong carrier but very
weak modulation with hum (Brian Alexander, Mechanicsburg PA - dxldyg 743)

15140 R. Sultanate of Oman via DX Tuner UK on 3/3 w/ 1400 carrier s/on
and abrupt entry to pgm mx and EE nx by woman at 1400.5 to 1409.5 then into
dance mx program w/ man ann EE to 1459. At 1459 suddenly switched to Arabic
inst mx to 1500 at which time the usual Big Ben chimes and one strike were
hrd and into Arabic pgming. Nx by man in AA w/ actualities to 1515 tune out.
On this reception, and again on 2/22 and 2/24 via same DX Tuner on 2/22 and
DX Tuner SE on 2/24, the audio was extremely distorted, at times making an
otherwise S4 signal almost unreadible, or at best, unpleasant. Today, the
first minute of the switch to Arabic from 1500-1501 was even more distorted,
to the point of not being able to recognize Big Ben if I didn't know it was
there. At about 1501 the audio improved markedly. My theory is that the EE
program is a feed from a local FM channel (as indicated by one of the anmts
during the dance mx program ("Radio Sultanate of Oman FM") and they haven't
figured out how to adjust the audio input and then readjust when the FM feed
is dropped at 1500. Anyone else notice the distortion during the EE program?

Starting March 8th, RTI's English broadcast to South Asia will be changed 
from 6080 KHz to 6170 KHz from 1700 to 1800 UTC.

On the same day, we will begin a test broadcast to the same area on 11550 
KHz. That broadcast will be from 1600 to 1700 UTC. Listeners in South Asia 
are welcome to write to rti@rti.org.tw about the reception quality of the

555 ST KITTS AND NEVIS,   ZIZ, Basseterre MAR 3 0155 - Caribbean chatting between the DJ and the listeners with pretty strange sounds from problems with the 

phone, followed by back-to-back melodic and melancolic reggae tune. One of the soungs (played around 0222 UTC) had just the reggae beat, but the melody with typical 

of Guadelupean zouk-love, the same feeling as with zouk-love (i.e: Sonia Dersion, Celia Delver and other similar ones). Good with deep fadings, but an overall acceptable 

reception. The CHLN-550 splatter was completely nulled ! SINPO 44423. (Chiochiu-QC)

family. Quite tired for concentrating on a language I'm not extremely fluent, but picked up "casa" and "noche", as well as what sounded like as a discussion between 

family members. I only consider myself really fluent in French and Romanian, though my English is very good and my Spanish quite good. I also know bits and pieces 

from at least 5 or 6 other languages including a very few words in Dutch ! SINPO 33333 (Chiochiu-QC)

648 кГц индийские песни с короткими объявлениями. Помеха от Ирана, но
выручал поворот антенны. В 22.00 начались новости на каком-то
быстропроизносимом индийском языке; перед ними была реклама Dubai Media
City. SINPO 34433 в пиках.

В WRTH есть Asianet Radio из Дубая, вещает круглосуточно на языке малаялам,
но частота дана 657 кГц. Ошибка настройки или замена частоты? Последнее в
Эмиратах возможно; вспомним, как в последние годы перемещалось по диапазону
Radio Asia (1152 -> 1575 -> 1557).

Хотя Asianet Radio я на 657 не слышал вообще никогда...

Только что в 07.15 на 5830 сквозь сильный шум прослушивалось "Радио 
Днипровська Хвыля" с трансляцией УР-1. Очень слабо.
А вчера днем на этой частоте переругивались военные. И сейчас (07.45) 
тоже они появились.

Кстати, на нас (Р.Украина) ругаются из Туркменистана, что мы им мешаем 
проводить связи с 0300 до 0500 на 5880. Кто-нибудь их там слышал?

Я как раз повадился по утрам (2-4 ЮТС) наблюдать за диапазоном 49 м и, 
намеренно не пользуясь справочниками, чтоб было интереснее, идентифицировал 
"троечный" сигнал УР, но туркменов при этом не отмечал ни разу. В ближайшие 
дни послушаю и даже рапорт по такому поводу отправлю в поддержку самой идеи 
о том, что рапорт и подтверждение - прежде всего информационные документы, 
потенциально несущие какую-то пользу прежде всего вещателю, а уж потом - 
предметы коллекционирования. А то в наше время смысл сильно сдвинулся во 
вторую сторону, даже, скорее, в сторону накопительства. Сам грешен,
