Business Line Manager imaging systems
The large foreign company Business Line Manager imaging systems (MR/X-Ray/NM). Responsibilities: - Drives the BL business in assigned territory; owns the business- and activity-plan for the BL to realize business objectives. - Translates the Global Sales and Services International regional BL marketing plans into local marketing and activity plans. - Reviews business regularly with stakeholders involved and (co-) defines and executes corrective actions - Drives the local BL Business Planning with a 12 month horizon in general and the 3 month horizon specific. - Cooperate closely with Account Managers and/or Distributor Manager for all (single and multi modality) project deals in the territory. Ensure (BL) results are reached according to account plans - Knows and understands the market, translates this into a business plan. Optimizes sales value, mix, volume and delivers on BL commitments coping with changing environments. - Drives growth by identification and qualification of sales leads. Follow through sales processes in close cooperation with DM and AM applying appropriate sales-tools, tactics and strategies in order to close deals - Promote (BL) products, systems and services in individual customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows - Trains/updates stakeholders with customer facing role e.g. DM, AM, Hub manager and distributor sales force - Establishes/retains relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders Requirements: - University level with Technical/Medical /Clinical direction - Understanding of local Healthcare market - 3 to 5years of (inter)national Business experience - Strong leadership skills in matrix organizational environment - Experience in / Knowledge of complex market /channel structures - Fluent in English (verbal and writing).
