There have been established the measures on creation of the population safety ensuring complex system on transport 2010-04-06 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There have been established the measures on creation of the population safety ensuring complex system on transport By the Edict of the RF President N 403 of March 31, 2010 (document is in Russian), the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation has been determined as federal executive authority responsible for creation of the population safety ensuring complex system on transport, above all on Metro and other kinds of public transport, prevention of emergency situation and acts of terror on transport, as we as population safety insuring. Creation of the complex system must be finished before January 1, 2014. At that, mostly vulnerable items of transport infrastructure and transport means should be equipped with specialized technical means and facilities ensuring elimination of them from unlawful acts before March 31, 2011.
