There has been established the procedure for submission of information for making state registration of a credit institution in accordance with liquidation

the Decree of the Bank of Russia N 2395-U of February 8, 2010
(document is in Russian), it is established the list of information
and documents necessary for making state registration of a credit
institution in accordance with liquidation thereof, as well
as the procedure for submission of them to the Bank of Russia.
In accordance with
the Direction, the duty to submit documents is entrusted
to bankruptcy manager of a credit institution. The documents
for making the state registration shall be submitted to territorial
branch of the Bank of Russia at the place of location of liquidating
credit institution.
The Direction has been published in the "News Bulletin
of the Bank of Russia" N 16 of March 17, 2010 and shall
putt into effect upon expiation of 10 days after the day of
its publication.
